Though breast enlargement hypnosis is a safe and relatively easy alternative to breast enlargement surgery – really the only risk is that your breasts stay the same size and your wallet shrinks – it is probably not as easy as it looks. The process requires you to summon and maintain large amounts of mental energy and concentration for long periods of time which, anyone who has ever been a student can tell you, is hard to do. It also requires you to keep a straight face while you’re doing it, which could be more difficult than you think. Breast enlargement hypnosis proponents claim that it works, though no scientific studies have proven the claims. Even if it doesn’t, though, the only thing to lose is your money, so if you’re willing to take that risk, go ahead and give it a try.

Breast enlargement hypnosis is based on the premise that your thoughts and emotions can effect bio-chemical changes in your body. With breast enlargement hypnosis, a hypnotist supposedly induces breast tissue growth by providing imagery and suggestions that stimulate blood flow into a woman’s breasts or trick the mind into thinking the body is undergoing puberty, thereby tricking the body into restarting the breast development that occurs during puberty. Sometimes, the hypnotist will also stimulate the sensations associated with sexual arousal.

It is possible to increase the size of your breasts by increasing the amount of so-called sex hormones in your body (which is what happens during puberty). Usually this is done by physically placing more hormones into your body, as is the case with birth control pills or hormone supplements. Whether this can be done by mental power alone is yet to be established.

It is also possible to cause blood to rush into the breasts by mentally causing physical arousal. Indeed, this is exactly what happens during actual sexual arousal. However, if this is all that is going on with breast enlargement hypnosis, then the effects, though real, are going to be subtle and temporary. Breasts swell with blood, they don’t actually grow, and there is only so much they can expand to accommodate the engorgement. As well, as soon the sexual stimulation goes away, so does the blood and so does the swelling. You might be on to something if you can be mentally aroused all the time, but if you can pull that off you should be worrying more about how to count your millions of dollars rather than how to increase your breast size.

Hypnotists will tell you that women with strong motivation are the most likely to see results. Whether that is because these women are able to summon more mind power or whether it is because they just end up seeing what they want to see remains to be decided.
