Make Yourself Look and Feel Good with a Breast Enhancement Exercise Regimen

For women who do not necessarily want larger breasts, but just want to improve the appearance of their natural assets, a good breast enhancement exercise regimen may be all they need. Exercise makes the whole body look and feel good, and there are plenty of upper body exercises that will specifically enhance the breasts.

The best breast enhancement regimen uses a combination of weight training and posture improving exercises. Weight training tones and grows the pectoral muscle behind the breast tissue, causing the breast to look firmer, higher, and perkier. Posture exercises train a woman to stand erect. When a person stands erect, his or her chest naturally protrudes. For women, this can make their chest appear higher, perkier, and larger than it actually is.

To improve posture, a woman can do yoga, Pilates, and other gentle, stretching exercises. Another fun way to improve posture is to take dance lessons. Dancing requires perfect posture and has the added benefit of providing an aerobic workout, burning fat and toning legs to provide an overall curvaceous figure.

Women should weight train using lighter weights at higher repetitions and focus on their chest muscles. Excellent weight bearing breast enhancement exercises include dumbbell flys, bench presses, and arm raises. For women who don’t have access to free weights or weight machines, the same effects can be had by doing push-ups, pull-ups and palm presses. Another advantage of weight training is that increased muscle mass means causes your body’s metabolism to increase and burn calories at a greater rate. As your figure becomes slim and svelte, your breasts will be more noticeable and attractive.

Perhaps the ideal breast enhancement exercise is swimming, doing, of course, the breast stroke. Swimming, like weight training, builds lean muscle all over the body and in the chest area. As well, it provides an excellent cardiovascular and aerobic work out, burning calories and strengthening your heart.

No breast enhancement exercise will make your breasts larger. Instead, a regular exercise regimen will improve a woman’s overall health and appearance. For breasts particularly, developing pectoral muscles and back and abdominal strength will cause breasts to appear firmer, higher, perkier, and even larger. They will not, however, actually be larger. Of course, with the added confidence and improved energy that comes along with the physical benefits of exercise, you probably won’t even care about the size of your breasts anymore.
