My Favorite Natural Breast Enhancement Products: Face Masques
ARTICLE BY Melanie Brough...
If you think the skin on your face is delicate, the skin on your chest and breasts is even more so. It is thin and tears easily; does not have a lot of sweat or sebaceous glands to provide moisture; and is under some duress what with supporting the fluctuating weight of the breasts and being exposed to the elements. All this means breasts can easily appear much older and ragged than they really are. Fortunately, breast skin responds to the same tender, loving treatment that facial skin does, and you can vastly improve the appearance of your breasts by moisturizing and exfoliating and pampering them as you would your face.
My absolute favorite natural breast enhancement products are the same as my absolute favorite natural facial products: masques. But, as with the face, the breasts require a regular cleaning and moisturizer regimen to maintain them in addition to special masques. You have probably been washing your breasts with soap and water, like the rest of your body. However, the skin on your breasts is much more like the skin on your face, which you would never wash with soap and water, right? Wash your breasts with the same soap you use on your face and neck. As well, if you use a toner on your face, use a gentle toner like witch hazel on your breasts. Your breasts will benefit from a heavier-weight moisturizer than the one you use on your face, so but don’t go to heavy or you can get blemishes on your breasts. You can use a lightweight body moisturizer with sun screen on your breasts in the morning. At night, just as you wash and moisturize your face at night, you should do the same for your breasts. You actually don’t need to re-wash them, but wipe them down with some toner and slather on the moisturizer or a heavier décolletage cream if you like.
The best part of caring for your breast skin is also the best part of caring for your facial skin: masques. Any masque that enhances your face can also enhance your breasts. I’d recommend against using those peel off masques on your breasts, however, as the skin is to delicate and sensitive. As well, they are generally not made from natural ingredients, and we are trying to go for natural breast enhancement products. You can buy all sorts of natural and organic face masques, and you can even buy natural breast enhancement masques. I think, though, fun is not in purchasing natural breast enhancement products, but in making them. Even though I keep natural breast enhancement products on hand for when I’m in a hurry, I love to make natural breast enhancement masques at home. I’ll give you a couple of my favorite recipes in a moment, but first, let me explain how to apply a breast masque. It’s not the same as applying it to your face.
To apply a masque to your face, put a towel down on the ground and lie down on the towel on your back. Your arms should not be at your side, but should be extended out from your body so that your breasts fall forward toward your face and sideways toward the ground. This position will expose most of your breast skin without and creases or folds. Apply the mask from the bottom of your neck to the underside of your breasts all the way to wear your breast meets your chest. Sometimes it helps to rest the container holding the masque on your stomach, for easier access. Allow the masque is set, you can get up to wash it off. It helps to be nude so you can jump into the shower to wash it off or you can splash it off by leaning over the bath tub.
Now for the fun part: the recipes.
Tomato Masque
Mash up two to three large tomatoes depending on the size of your breasts. Spread the mash on your breasts and let set for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. This mask improves skin tone and helps clear blemishes.
Banana Masque
Mash up two or three large bananas and mix the mash with enough warm honey to smooth out large lumps in the pulp. Spread the mash on your breasts and let set for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. This is an excellent firming mash.
Honey Masque
Honey has so many fantastic skin softening and smoothing properties that many women just use it by itself as a masque. I personally don’t like to use it because of how sticky and hard to work with honey is, but I’ve seen the results and it’s hard to argue with honey. All you need to do is heat some honey in a double boiler or a pot until it runs freely. Allow it to cool until warm enough to apply. Test the honey before applying on the nape of your neck or the crease of your arm at the elbow. Apply the honey with a spoon and let it sit for five to ten minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Egg White and Lemon Masque
Whisk the white of a large egg with a cup of lemon juice. Spread over your breasts and let it sit until the masque sets. Rinse with warm water. This masque is excellent for removing dead skin cells, softening the skin, lightening blemishes including scars, and giving the skin a healthy glow.
