If you are seeking natural, non-surgical breast reduction, you have two options: weight loss and herbal remedies. Of the two, weight loss is the method that is, at least, proven to be safe and somewhat effective. However, breast reduction pills and creams are on the market for women who want to try them out as a last resort before surgery.

The tried and true natural breast reduction method is weight loss. Most women looking for a reduction in size have breasts that are mostly made of fat. In this case, removing fat from the body through weight loss is a viable option. When the body burns fat, it burns it from all areas of the body, including the breasts, so they will shrink in size. However, this method tends to leave the breasts slack and saggy since the amount of skin is not reduced along with the amount of fat. As well, losing weight will not work as a natural breast reduction method for women who have breasts containing a lot of glandular tissue.

For women who are unable to reduce the size of their breasts with weight loss, there are herbal breast reduction creams and pills on the market. These natural breast reduction remedies are based on the same premise as herbal breast enhancement creams and pills, namely that breast size is controlled by hormones which can be manipulated with pills and creams. Therefore, like most natural breast enhancement concoctions, natural breast reduction remedies tend to contain ingredients that regulate hormone production. Obviously, they do not contain hormone supplements or hormone mimickers.

One problem with these natural breast reduction remedies is, like with breast enhancement creams, you cannot affect hormones with anything you put on your body. To regulate hormone activity, the herbs must be placed inside your body. Even if you do this by taking a pill, reducing your levels of estrogen and progesterone (the hormones responsible for breast growth) may not necessarily reduce the size of your breasts. If it does, it will probably do so only temporarily. Finally, as with breast enhancement, natural, herbal, breast reduction pills and creams will only produce subtle results after some length of time. If your breasts are large enough to cause you pain and inconvenience you, then you should seek surgery. Natural breast reduction will not provide you with enough relief, soon enough.

Breast reduction is somewhat more tricky than breast augmentation – as with many things in life it is often easier to add some than to take it away. This means natural breast reduction methods are also somewhat more difficult to employ successfully than natural breast enhancement methods. Still, women who want and are able to get the size of their breasts reduced are often quite happy with the results, no matter how difficult they are to achieve.
