The Most Effective Non-Surgical Breast Enhancement
ARTICLE BY Dianne Kristie...
The most effective non-surgical breast enhancement is a combination of exercise and hormone treatment. It is most effective for women who want to improve the appearance of their breasts, not necessarily the size. Though hormone treatment can actually augment the size of your breasts and exercise can increase the apparent size, non-surgical breast enhancement is more likely to create subtle improvements such as greater firmness, perkiness and fullness. Women choosing non-surgical breast enhancement should keep these realistic expectations in mind.
There are many types of weight bearing and stretching exercises women can do to enhance their breasts without surgery, but perhaps the best all around exercise is swimming. The water in a pool provides resistance for the movement of chest muscles, like weight bearing exercise, and back and abdominal muscles are developed through the coordination of the movement of the arms and legs in the water. The development of chest, back and stomach muscles allows for the breast to be held higher and more erect. Further, swimming burns a lot of calories, slimming the waist and causing breasts to appear larger by comparison. Of course, it can’t hurt to incorporate weight training and stretching exercises – the better a woman feels, the better she looks.
Hormone treatment involves increasing the amount of estrogen and progesterone in the body. These hormones are responsible for sexual and reproductive development, so they cause breasts to develop and grow. The amount of sex hormones in the body can either be increased by supplements of hormones or hormone mimickers, or they can be increased by causing the body to produce more hormones. Most natural and synthetic hormone treatments simply supplement hormone levels; increasing hormone production is usually reserved for male-to female transplant patients. The hormone treatments must be ingested to work, so the pills, not the creams, should be used. Creams may enhance the appearance of the skin and provide some supplement to oral hormones, but by themselves will not be enough to produce results.
The non-surgical breast enhancement device that is already in every woman’s drawer is the bra. Breast augmentation bras generally contain gel or foam pads. Sometimes the pads are removable, sometimes they are not. Breast lifting bras also sometimes contain padding, but sometimes they are just heavily structured with firm, thick fabric or underwire. And, of course, for an attractive, smooth, natural contour, sturdy full coverage bras can do wonders. Whether it is push-up or padded or just gives an extra pleasing form, the bra is the safest, easiest way to highlight and show off the results of a non-surgical breast enhancement routine.
