However, you will probably want to take some less clinical pictures to document the process and crystallize in your mind what you want done to your breasts and what you got done to them.

Taking before and after breast augmentation photos can be tricky business; mostly because of the dilemma of how to develop photos of yourself topless. The last thing you want, particularly if you are uncomfortable with the appearance of your breasts, is for anyone in the world to be able to click onto some website and take a gander at your breasts. Fortunately, there are developers who specialize in developing “private” photos. They are easy enough to search out on the internet.

Lastly, don’t be afraid to take before and after video of your breasts, if you have access to a video recorder, to check out how they move. Your old breasts will probably jiggle more than your new ones, so you may want to review and understand the movement. Also, you will need to carry yourself differently with breast implants than before, so document how move and what your posture is like in different situations.

There are many helpful reasons to take before and after breast augmentation photos, and there are many ways to keep those photos private. Don’t be afraid to take pictures for fear of keeping them secure, once the surgery is done and you are comparing before and after photos, you’ll be glad you did.
