One of the newest forms of breast augmentation has become known as TUBA. Although there are less qualified surgeons doing this procedure as compared to the mammary incision, it is the least likely to be visible due to the incision being located inside the naval.

For the insertion of a breast implant through the naval, the surgeon will first make an incision inside the naval followed by using an endoscope to create a sort of tunnel from the naval all the way to the breasts. This scope which features a camera can not only make the tunnel as it goes, but it allows the surgeon to view the backside of the connective tissue of the breasts in order to create the pocket for the implant.

Obviously due to the distance from the breasts to the naval there is a slight chance that the implant may not be aligned properly behind the areola. After the tunnel is made and the surgeon creates the pocket, he or she then begins to work the implant from the naval to the location that it will be filled at. Once the implant is in its location, the surgeon will begin to fill the implant with the saline solution and attempt to line up the implant as good as possible before it is completely filled.

You may decide on this incision due to the lower chance of any noticeable scaring, but be warned, there are many associated disadvantages when it come to this incision choice. For starters, the distance makes it harder to control bleeding that is caused by the surgery, it is also harder to make final beautification work to the shape and location of the implant. There is also a slight chance of marks appearing where the endoscope made the tunnels for the implant to be fed to the breasts through.

Unfortunately every person is different and due to the many variables associated with this incision, you may decide that it is right for you, then again you may also decide that it is not worth the risks associated with it. The only real decision is up to you, jus make sure you ask a lot of questions and do your research to ensure that your decision is based on facts rather than the easiest path to your movie star look. Being well informed about all of the possible variables that you could come across will always help you to know that your decision is actually what you want and not just a guess.
