I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you could now get a strapless surgical bra! The designs now come in all sorts of colors and shapes, with matching panties to boot!

Although many are designed with pockets for post mastectomy prostheses, you can also use them after undergoing general surgery around the chest area or breast enlargement plastic surgery.

Once the anaesthesia wears off after surgery, you may feel some discomfort or pain and the last thing you’ll want to do is wear a bra! But you don’t exactly want to dangle loosely either!

Rather than enduring the confines of your regular lingerie, I’d think a surgical bra is a pretty practical investment.

Most surgical bras have wider straps that make them sit more comfortably on your shoulder. And they have adjustable straps in back so you don’t have to feel so “pushed in” in front.
